The delivery cost is shown in the cart before you place your order.

Yes. You pay the courier in cash when the parcel arrives, and a fiscal receipt comes with the parcel.

Use the Track an order page with your order number and e-mail. You also get the tracking number by e-mail when your order ships.

Write to us as soon as possible through the contact form. If the parcel has not yet been handed to the courier, we will change or cancel it.

Check the packaging before you accept it. If it is damaged, tell the courier, have the damage recorded and let us know at once.

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Items must be undamaged, unwashed and unworn, with the original labels. Details are in the Terms of sale.

Send your order number through the contact form and we will send you the steps.

Within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal statement. Because you pay on delivery, we refund by bank transfer to your account.

Available sizes are listed on each product page. If you are between sizes or unsure, write to us with your height and the size you usually wear, and we will advise you.
